Behind the Numbers

We started thinkflownext because too many business owners were making critical decisions without understanding their financial reality. Seven years later, we're still solving that same problem—just with better tools and deeper insights.

Our Story

Back in 2018, I was consulting for a mid-sized manufacturing company in Taichung. They had decent revenue but couldn't figure out why cash flow was always tight. After three weeks of analysis, we discovered they were essentially funding their competitors' growth through poor pricing decisions.

That project taught me something important: most businesses have the data they need, but lack the framework to interpret it meaningfully. So we built thinkflownext around one simple idea—turn your financial data into actionable business intelligence.

What We Actually Do

We don't just crunch numbers—we translate them into business strategy. Whether you're evaluating a major investment, trying to understand seasonal cash patterns, or planning expansion into new markets, we help you see what the data is really telling you.

Our approach combines traditional financial analysis with modern data visualization techniques. Think of it as having a financial analyst who can also explain complex concepts in plain language.

How We Work

D

Data-Driven Decisions

We start with your actual numbers, not industry averages or theoretical models. Every recommendation is based on your specific financial situation and business context.

C

Clear Communication

No jargon, no overcomplicated charts. We explain financial concepts in terms that make sense for your business decisions, not accounting textbooks.

P

Practical Insights

Analysis is only valuable if you can act on it. We focus on insights that directly impact your next business moves, not academic exercises.

Our Journey

Key moments that shaped how we approach financial analysis today

2018

Founded thinkflownext

Started with a focus on cash flow analysis for Taiwan's manufacturing sector. Our first client was that Taichung company—they're still working with us today, by the way.

2020

Adapted to Market Changes

The pandemic taught us that businesses need financial analysis tools that work during both stable periods and unexpected disruptions. We redesigned our entire approach around flexibility and rapid scenario modeling.

2022

Expanded Service Range

Added investment analysis and market entry planning to our core services. Turns out the same principles that improve cash flow management also help evaluate expansion opportunities.

2025

Current Focus

Today we're working with businesses across Taiwan, from family-owned enterprises to mid-market companies. Our goal remains the same: help business owners make better financial decisions with confidence.

Meet Our Team

We're a small team of financial analysts who actually enjoy explaining complex concepts in simple terms.
